This is just a test print, but found out the color just nice. We add shadow to the original tiger design so that the tiger look 3D when printed on the t-shirt. We also not going to print full color for NPL logo, instead we print it with line. The NPL logo is printed very special, it embossed with SHARP edge.

We are going to print redish orange color + black shadow for tiger + dark copper color for NPL logo on white t-shirt, but we are not going to print many on white t-shirt, we only print 5 each size, S, M, L and XL. If the response is good we will do re-print.

We are going to print light grey color + golden shadow for tiger + may be embossed yellow for NPL logo on black t-shirt. We are not going to print too many as well, we have no idea how welcome by paintballers.

I think I have break my own records that I done another post here less than 1 week!

We have created a few paintball t-shirt designs for paintball sport lover, yea you are right, there will a few new designs coming out in MY-NPL’10 Round 1. 2 out of these designs are base on official logos, 1 of it is base on MY-NPL’10 theame logo (not showing here) and the other one is base on official MY-NPL’10 GoGreen logo (as shown below).

WHITE color t-shirt is used,  2 diff green colors soft feel inkprinted as background, due to the logo design we going to use t-shirt transfer paper to obtain best visual quality. It look simple, but the cost of making 1 of this t-shirt almost double of normal one due to the trasnfer paper.

Another new design we are going to put on shelf this coming MY-NPL’10 Round 1 is the one shown below…

This design is done 6 months ago, the reason we put into production is we believe we found a suitable material to make this design came live, we believe this imported from Germany able to give very good visual effect from near and from far.

We also created a paintball t-shirt design specifically for xpSportz.com as shown below..

It’s a 2 colors design, RED is main color and the XPS logo is printed in SILVER (yes, its printed silver color not foil). We are looking way to print the RED as RED as possible.. or may be print in reflective RED.

1st of all, I would like to greet a very happy new year, I know its already 11th Jan but not too late after all.

Being busy after the World Cup Asia, took long break to Korea and Hong Kong. Busy in designing and printing t-shirts for local demands, and doing new t-shirt designs fo MY-NPL ‘10.

We tested a few designs and tried diff type of material on diff type of t-shirt. For example, we have tested the ion-on foil on polo t-shirts as follow..

With the above method and material, we able to customize any type of shirts, eg. print player Number, print player Name, decorate special t-shirt.
