This is just a test print, but found out the color just nice. We add shadow to the original tiger design so that the tiger look 3D when printed on the t-shirt. We also not going to print full color for NPL logo, instead we print it with line. The NPL logo is printed very special, it embossed with SHARP edge.

We are going to print redish orange color + black shadow for tiger + dark copper color for NPL logo on white t-shirt, but we are not going to print many on white t-shirt, we only print 5 each size, S, M, L and XL. If the response is good we will do re-print.

We are going to print light grey color + golden shadow for tiger + may be embossed yellow for NPL logo on black t-shirt. We are not going to print too many as well, we have no idea how welcome by paintballers.

I think I have break my own records that I done another post here less than 1 week!

We have created a few paintball t-shirt designs for paintball sport lover, yea you are right, there will a few new designs coming out in MY-NPL’10 Round 1. 2 out of these designs are base on official logos, 1 of it is base on MY-NPL’10 theame logo (not showing here) and the other one is base on official MY-NPL’10 GoGreen logo (as shown below).

WHITE color t-shirt is used,  2 diff green colors soft feel inkprinted as background, due to the logo design we going to use t-shirt transfer paper to obtain best visual quality. It look simple, but the cost of making 1 of this t-shirt almost double of normal one due to the trasnfer paper.

Another new design we are going to put on shelf this coming MY-NPL’10 Round 1 is the one shown below…

This design is done 6 months ago, the reason we put into production is we believe we found a suitable material to make this design came live, we believe this imported from Germany able to give very good visual effect from near and from far.

We also created a paintball t-shirt design specifically for xpSportz.com as shown below..

It’s a 2 colors design, RED is main color and the XPS logo is printed in SILVER (yes, its printed silver color not foil). We are looking way to print the RED as RED as possible.. or may be print in reflective RED.

1st of all, I would like to greet a very happy new year, I know its already 11th Jan but not too late after all.

Being busy after the World Cup Asia, took long break to Korea and Hong Kong. Busy in designing and printing t-shirts for local demands, and doing new t-shirt designs fo MY-NPL ‘10.

We tested a few designs and tried diff type of material on diff type of t-shirt. For example, we have tested the ion-on foil on polo t-shirts as follow..

With the above method and material, we able to customize any type of shirts, eg. print player Number, print player Name, decorate special t-shirt. If any one of you or team or organization would like to custom make your t-shirts or custom decorate your t-shirt (company name, logo, name, number) you can contact me for price.

The following is another design we made for a music school, total 72 pcs sold off in less than a week.

I was invited to design tshirt for Paintball World Cup Asia 2009 Kuala Lumpur, and the following picture is what I designed and the tshirt is sent to print as official tshirt for WCA 2009.

Front: WCA Logo on top of the tshirt with the other 3 official organizing parties logos, the STAR is theme logo for WCA 2009. The star should printed in Sephia tone, look like old copper metal.

Back: Printed > 120 participating team names at the back of the tshirt.

The entire tshirt uses up > 10 colors printed on super nice soft 100% cotton… as you see from branded tshirt. If you are interested in this tshirt, I suggest you be at the WCA09 as early as possible simply because the quantity produced is SERIOUSLY NOT ENOUGH for the event of 120 teams x 10 persons.

Hi there, its quite sometime I didn’t update this blog, not becuase I forgot this blog but been busy with setting up my tshirt printing facilities and also busy with designing and preparing new range of tshirts.

Yea, we launched new design in last MY-NPL 2009 4th round at Melaka (here), I been told 40 pcs been sold off within 2 days. We have printed some for this Grand Finale 7th Nov 2009, but believe me its limited quantity as well. So, if you missed to get one in Malaka, I strongly advise you shouldn’t miss again.

I am so sorry that I dun have end product picture with me, been busy till I forgot to take picture. You able to see the tshirt at MY-NPL 2009 Grand Finale 7th Nov and again, better dun wait if you want to have 1 simply… I dun feel want to re-print this design.

In 07th July, I posted and update with title  “New tshirt design for My-NPL” and here is the actual tshirt that I finally done yesterday. I have yet to decide whether to roll it out during the 4th Round in Melaka or Finale.

The effect of the foil is really nice printed on Black tshirt, but dun forget the White too… I have shown to some players in Penang and they like both White and Black tshirt printed with Grey shine + Gold foil. What you say? hahaha..

Due to porpular demand for MY-NPL’09 theme logo tshirt sold off during My-NPL 3rd Round in Kuantan, MY-NPL official make request to xpSportz reprint.

Due to availablity of previous color (Navy Blue) limited and will only print Grey + Silver Foil on same quality BLACK color tshirt, sample as below. This is the last print for such logo and xpSportz will not print more than 10pcs M, 10pcs L, 10pcs XL for man and 10pcs S, 10pcs M, 10pcs L.

I have completed 3 tshirt designs for My-NPL, all designs are make use of either Gold or Silver foil on dark color tshirt. But not going to print many for sale due to I limited quality tshirt available, hope fully can print 10 each color each size (S,M,L) for Ladies and 10 each color each size (M,L,XL) for man, and hopefully all tshirts able to ready and for sale on My-NPL 4th Round at Melaka 1st – 2nd Aug later.

The following is the final printed tshirt for team PIRATES, the effect of word PIRATES is not as shine as using foil but it have the reflextive effect too but it reduce the “hard” feel compared to using foil.
